Ice Ice Baby….Yoga + Wim Hof Method

Join us for an experience like no other!! Of course we couldn’t sit on the sidelines while the whole world is experiencing the benefits of ice baths!!
We are beyond excited to partner with Philip Aldridge and offer a workshop on the Wim Hof breathing technique and an ice bath, if you choose to partake. Philip has studied with Wim Hof, has been a dedicated practitioner of the method since 2017, and has facilitated numerous ice plunges over the last two years. He will expertly guide us through the process from start to finish and will eloquently explain the breathing techniques as well as the multitude of benefits of this practice. This is an exploration in mastering our minds and bodies through breath. The magic happens when we surrender to the rush of what surfaces when met with discomfort. Life’s stressors can be seen as the proverbial “ice bath” 🙂 This practice can help you find your center, and result in pure BLISS. You will leave feeling exhilarated and with the knowledge that you are stronger than you think.

We will bookend this amazing experience with a yoga practice to begin, taught by ranch owner Lori Klinger. And we will end the day with a well-deserved champagne toast and charcuterie!!
The August heat ain’t got nothin’ on us! Join us for a unique day at the ranch and move beyond your comfort zone and into a centered space of deep peace. This is a bonding experience for all participants and one you won’t soon forget.
**Cabin rentals are available if you would like to make an overnight or weekend of it. First come first served.
